I read that it is now possible to use AppSettings instead of configSections but I cannot find any documentation on how to do it.

Anyone knows what the keys are?

I didn't know of that feature but it seems episerver:FindServiceUrl, episerver:FindDefaultRequestTimeout and episerver:FindDefaultIndex might do the trick?

It is a pretty well keept secret this feature, or not updated documentations :)
