OrderBy and string comparison

When sorting results based on a string, it doesn't seem like the stringcomparer used takes culture into consideration.

"Abc", "Bcd", "Åäö" comes out in the order "Abc", "Åäö", "Bcd".

Am I missing something, or does anyone know how to solve this?
