Typically you won't find past papers or sample exams for Optimizely certifications so you'll have to rely on good old fashioned revision and your experience using the platform.
Having said that, if you've not completed it already, it would be worth going through the training materials on the Optimizely academy site. As well as videos and written information there are some questions in there:

Hi all,
Anyone familiar with a place to find practice, sample, or old exams for the Experimentation Web Platform Expert exam? The only practice materials I've found (and already gone through) are lists of links to various support docs, some of which seem broken now.
EDIT: I know this is the Technical Video forum, but it seems to be the closest match for this question after carefully inspecting all forum subjects.
