There aren't that much what I've have found but there are starting to be more blog posts about it.

There are some new mvc 4 books out (One from Wrox has got som good reviews).

I've also read alot about the NerdDinner tutorial (google it) altough I think it's based on mvc 1.0 it should be a very good starting point.

If you know MVC and need resources for EPiServer, the EPiServer online documentation is the way to go. If you know EPiServer but need a foundation in MVC then the MVC Music Store (http://www.asp.net/mvc/tutorials/mvc-music-store) tutorial is quite good and kept up-to-date.
