Missing buttons in TinyMCE

I have a clean Episerver 7 MVC Site created in Visual Studio 2010, I used the Episerver CMS Visual Studio extensions for this. However when running this project the TinyMCE editor for XHtmlString properties is missing several buttons, like the 'add/edit anchor' button.

How do I get these buttons to show?
