Hi,

Does anyone know if EpiServer 7.1 CMS supports SQL Server 2012 AlwaysOn.

I don't see any reasons to why it shouldn't work.

You have to wait for 7.5 to be able to run the site in Web role (and/or as an Azure Web Site?).
