I have patched core, framework, common framework and mail and put msbuild post events back in and tested ok with updated web.config values but still unable to get hold of Live monitor dependency for CMo update, have left it on 7.0518.1....

I am following instructions for Patch 1

But cannot install EPiServer.Cmo 7.0.518.4 as it relies on EPiServer.LiveMonitor 7.0.1267.219 and I cannot find EPiServer.LiveMonitor 7.0.1267.219 on NuGet feed?
I take it that the build process in Alloy tech example site e.g. [Libraries]\EPiServer will not be used in future and assemblies come from package manager?
Does this mean deployment centre is not up to date with latest patches and if I created a new site I will have to patch again until EPiServer 7.1 is available in deployment centre etc via an msi install.
