Change the Create URL Segment Functionality

Hi!

We need to change the PageUrlSegment in CMS 7, in CMS 5 we can follow this link to achieve this: http://sdk.episerver.com/library/cms5/Developers%20Guide/How%20To/Change%20the%20Create%20URL%20Segment%20Functionality.htm. However, it seems that this way does not work for CMS 7, do you guys know how to do it CM7?

Implementing IValidate and validate that the URL segment is unique solved my issue.
