I need the same thing for Episerver CMS 8.0. I think that SEO.Sitemaps must work too for Episerver CMS 8.0. I've accesed to https://github.com/Geta/SEO.Sitemaps, but I'm not sure about how to use this package. Have you got an step by step example on how to use SEO.SiteMaps?? My desired result must be something like a hierarchical tree, with all leafs pointing to the corresponding page.
