Does anyone know how to get in contact with the support for Social Reach? Or is it part of EPiServer support?
Is "Social Reach Publish Messges" scheduled job running? Are there any error messages in job's log?
We are trying to schedule a message with Social Reach, but it never gets posted. If we send a message immediately it works fine. Are there any settings we might have missed out to enable scheduling?
