This is regarding EPIserver 7.0 CMS deployment. I need my admin site to hosted on a dedicated server and the other web sites on other machines. Is there any specific guidelines to achieve this. Content editors will be editing content on admin server and web sites will be consuming same once content is published. Need some guidance here.

See http://world.episerver.com/Documentation/Items/Developers-Guide/EPiServer-CMS/75/Deployment/Deployment-scenarios/Deployment-scenarios/

What you are describing is similar to a multi-site, multi-server scenario, except you're not using a load balancer. One key to your setup is ensuring the remote events are properly communicated between the admin server and the public servers. Aside from that, most of the configuration will be on the IIS and firewall level.
