Display simple message under the page name when creating a page

First of all, I am a newbie to EpiServer.

I want to add a simple string of text under the Name field when creating a page. This string will be instructions to my users on how to name the page. Or if there's a better way to do that, like replacing the Name label to something else.

Any ideas?
