Publishing page problem

Hi,
I have a strange problem on production server.
The publishing workflows are enabled. The scenario is that Editor edit the page and send for approval. When Supervisor opens a tasks list, the list of all tasks to approve appear.
Then when Supervisor clicks on the task and approve a page, the content is reloading, but task is not dissappear. The page is not published.
After supervisor publish the page again the page is published and the task dissappear from the list.
We are using EPiServer CMS 7.0.5
There are no JS errors in console and errors in log.
I'm not able to reproduce it on Developer or Test machines
