We have one user who cannot remove (or use) gadgets. This is a user with the same permssions as other users without problems. This applies even if the user is given admin rights. Switching browsers or machines doesn't help either. This is an Active directory user.
How can I "reset" this user to clear any errors in the profile or resolve the problem in another way?
For Episerver 7.5 you should have the option to reset views as an editor. For 7 you can check out Linus solution
