500 error

After (successfully) installing R2 I had trouble getting the new samplesite up and running. By using Fiddler I discovered that I got 500 http error on all .css, .js and image files.

The issue was solved by installing the release SP1 of .NET Framework 3.5  (I had the BETA version isntalled).
