Licensing for testsite

Hi, I'm looking for information regarding licensing issues. We have a CMS 5 R2-site and are moving from using an external partner to mostly using an internal developer for coding on the site. 

We have a full license for our site but we need an additional license for our testsite. I heard somewhere that a license for a testsite is 5000 SEK (we are located in Sweden).

My question is: what kind of license do we need for our testsite, how much is it and how do we purchase it? Is that done directly from EPiServer Sweden?
