No you should be able to use both IE9 and Chrome (and Firefox and Opera and Safari).
Try to catch the error (via debug logging or with a Javascript debugger) and see if you work out what is causing it.
Otherwise you or your partner can always ask EPiServer Support.

Hi, using IE9 or Chrome (latest) any form eventuelly crashes just doing regular input and adding columns etc. Looks like all the html is pushed away or a javascript error of some sort (no error in browser). When this happens, I cannot save the form. Everything is lost! Much irritating and must be fixed!
Anyone know what's going on? Does EPI6 still require our users to use a specific version of Windows and web browser? This was the reason we switched from EPI4, to get rid of the requirement of having certain versions of win / browser.
Please respond ASAP. Thank you
