I am working on two checklists for internal use in Making Waves. One at the start of development and one for deploy. The DropIt checklist is a great inspiration, but I want to update it and extend it. I will also post the checklists as a blog post on EPiServer World for all to enjoy.

So what things do you have on your checklist at the start of development and at deploy?
