Hello There!

Mirroring from one site to another, the source does indeed have a ValueBorderColour and ValuePageData within it, however the destination does not, not will it ever need it!

Is there anyway to stop this job from failing?

Kind Regards,

Marc.

Sorry, it is worth noting too that the source doesn't have this particular property on it, so its all a bit strange.

Hi,

If you add any custom module, custom property to your site(s), make sure that you have deployed the respective assembly to mirroring service bin folders as well and make sure that the page(s) you are going to mirror have the same structure (pagetypes and properties) on destination site.
I would turn on the log on DEBUG level for both source and desitnation sites to see  where the job is failing, either on source or destination (Copy the EPiServerLog.Config) to mirroring services root folders.

You can also turn on the offline monitoring to log and see all the state changing during the mirroring job by un-commenting the following from mirroring service web.config:

 <mirroringMonitoting offlineLoggingEnabled=”true” offlineLogPath=”Path to offline Log Path”>
