Hi Jonathan,
I would double check that your not running a slave license. If you are you will need to start the master site first so that this gets registered in the database. (think the information will be valid for 1 month)
If your licenses aren't slave master ones just clear up the table [tblMasterSlave] and see if that helps.

Hi, We are getting this error after restoring the database. The licences are all up to daye and correct and the correct users are set up in the database. We dont even have a Master / Slave set up but this error persists:
