Selected template in MenuList not working?

Hi. I'm trying to make a menu (MenuList) in my new CMS 5 site, but the SelectedTemplate is never shown. The control always use ItemTemplate. The same code works in 4.61, and if I change the control to be a PageTree instead of MenuList everything works.
