Hi Thomas! It's not possible to have a delayed loading with the built in editor today. We know about the problem that you are having and it might be that we add this further on but we have no plans for implementing this in the near future. It is possible to change editor with the control-adapter functionality that is made possible through EPiServer CMS. So it's possible to change the built in editor with another editor that is activated on need instead though this requies some work to get the editor integrated with EPiServer.
