Hi.

Do you know where I can find image editing and resizing feature described here? I've intsalled episerver 5 sp 2 but in xhtml and longstring editors  image editing options remain the same. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

This feature will be available in the next major release of EPiServer, EPiServer CMS R2. There is an Community Technology Preview available for download here.
