Paging Problem with star community

We are working on extending star community Admin functionality. I have added one page in ADMIN UI where I have used Paging control(Netstar/StarCommunity/PAgingCotrol.ascx).  I am facing problem with pagination. It returns same results irrespective of page numbers.

I have user pagecontrol.initPAging method to enable paging. Do I need to add some extra code to use paging ??
