Equivalent of ClubAccessRights.Administrate in 4.0

In 3.2 I had these lines:
ClubAccessRights rights = club.GetAccessRights(user);
isAdmin = rights.Administrate;
How do I do the same thing in 4.0?
My VS says Administrate doesn't exist...
