EPiServer 4:
Admin mode > Config tab > Rebuild web addresses
CMS5 and CMS6:
Admin mode > Config tab > Rebuild name for web addresses
Thanks!
However, when I perform this it doesn't seem to effect the VPP\Index-catalogue which the search in relate seem to use for search?
Regards,
Magnus
You'll probably need to restart the EPiServer indexing service. Also, take a look at this tech note about configuring MS index server with EPiServer: http://world.episerver.com/Documentation/Items/Tech-Notes/EPiServer-CMS-5/EPiServer-CMS-5-R2/Microsoft-Index-Server/
The problem I have is with content in the community (topics/replies, blog posts, members etc), the only way I have found to get it indexed seems to be to update the content. Restarting the EPiServer indexing service doesn't work for me. Any other ideas regarding this?
Regards,
Magnus
Oh, I didn't catch that you were talking about Community. Not too familiar with Relate/Community, I'm afraid.
Community uses EPiServer FTS (Full Text Search), doesn't it? Maybe something useful here? http://world.episerver.com/Documentation/Items/Tech-Notes/EPiServer-Framework/EPiServer-Framework-61/EPiServer-Full-Text-Search-Service-Configuration/
Sorry for being unclear..
ReIndexRelatePlus2.aspx in this package seems to have done the trick:
http://world.episerver.com/Download/Items/EPiServer-Community/EPiServer-Community-40/Database-Migration-Script-for-EPiServer-Community-32-to-40-and-EPiServer-Mail-44-to-50/
Is there som way to trigger a reindex of the pages? Since switching language among other things the URLs in the search results are wrong.
Thanks in advance,
Magnus
