Can we have drag & drop back for content in recycle bin?
This was a bug in the version I have been using when I wrote a question, it should work and it does now in latest versions (currently, I've tested it on 9.10).
I am updating this one to also include that you could also delete a content item at a time with Grzegorz's solution: https://gregwiechec.com/2016/06/deleting-single-file-from-trash/

If I delete page's old parent, the page is forever lost, I can't restore it (getting an error) and I can't drag and drop it to its new home :)
In 6, we were able to drag & drop pages wherever from recycle bin.
