Make ite possible to hide uneditable nodes for editor

For large web sites with many pages and editors it is a tedious task for an editor to drill down to "their" part of the tree. A suggestion is to allow the administrator to specify that some users only see the relevant parts of the tree in edit mode. Maybe as a property on the user ("Hide pages with no edit access").

Or the editor can use the favorites function to quickly navigate to it's area. /HAXEN

So then these editors can't link to pages that they don't have edit priveliges on with the link tool. /HAXEN

Of course they should be able to link to pages in the link tool. It is the site structure navigation that should be limited.
