Edit mode removes class in ContentArea rendering

I am using custom content area rendering to adopt twitter bootstrap responsive framework. Everything works fine in view mode but in on page edit mode for preview, content area wrapping tag div class row is replaced by epi-editContainer and hence column layout broken in on page edit mode.
