Pipeline error "No Six Labors license found" after upgrading to EPiServer.ImageLibrary.ImageSharp 13.4.1

I updated packages and my Azure DevOps pipeline now stops on this error:

Please obtain a license from https://sixlabors.com/pricing/
/home/vsts/.nuget/packages/sixlabors.imagesharp/3.2.0/build/SixLabors.ImageSharp.targets(35,5): error : No Six Labors license found. Set $(SixLaborsLicenseKey), set $(SixLaborsLicenseFile), or add a 'sixlabors.lic' file to the project/workspace.
/home/vsts/.nuget/packages/sixlabors.imagesharp/3.2.0/build/SixLabors.ImageSharp.targets(35,5): error : Please obtain a license from https://sixlabors.com/pricing/
<PackageVersion Include="EPiServer.ImageLibrary.ImageSharp" Version="13.4.1" />
<PackageVersion Include="SixLabors.ImageSharp" Version="3.2.0" />

I have read recent blogs posts about vulnerability warnings but this seems to be something different.

How is the license key/file handled for EPiServer.ImageLibrary.ImageSharp?

I removed all own package references to SixLabors.ImageSharp - only keeping package refs to EPiServer.ImageLibrary.ImageSharp

That solved the build pipeline error.
