Update for EPiServer 7.1

A performance and stability update to EPiServer 7.1 (7.1.3) is now available in the Add-on Store.
The update includes fixes for the issues listed below.

It seems this is also an issue with EPiServer 7.5?
And in what NuGets can I pull this down? I see no 7.1 nugets in the feed, only a bunch of 7.0 and 7.5 and 7.6-stuff.

Regarding [106116 TinyMCE: HTML source editor displays blank in IE11]: Will this be fixed for Episerver 6 R2 as well since you have the same error there?
