Introducing New Developer Tools for Integrated B2B Commerce & Content Cloud

We are very pleased to be releasing some developer tools to support Optimizely B2B Commerce and Optimizely Content Cloud integration.  This release includes the B2B Commerce API SDK and a downloadable Reference Kit.  With these tools, Optimizely partners and customers will be able to more rapidly integrate B2B Commerce and Content Cloud as a complete solution.

Employing the API SDK enables developers to pull data out of the B2B Commerce system into any C# based application that needs to interact with the B2B Commerce Cloud platform. This enables rapid development within Content Cloud to leverage B2B Commerce functionality.

Using the Reference Kit, developers can see examples of implemented features utilizing the API SDK.  It shows approaches for handling common commerce pages and functions:  PDP; PLP; Search; Cart; etc.

Using B2B Commerce and Content Cloud together provides B2B customers with the ability to execute a content-driven strategy while delivering an eCommerce channel for transacting.  In combination, they also empower the use of numerous other Optimizely products: Welcome;  Product Recommendations;  Content Recommendations;  PIM;  B2B Mobile;  B2B Analytics.
