Introduction

The shell module Index view provides a brief overview of the index, described below.

Overview

The Index view contains information like the number of documents in the index, the number of .NET types, what version of the Find .NET API we are using and more. Using the tabs in the top right of the view, we are also able to go to the Explore view.

In the Explore view we can view the actual JSON documents in the index along with some additional information. The documents can be filtered either by type and/or by a query. The query field supports the Lucene query syntax, meaning that we can group clauses using AND/OR and filter on specific fields. For instance, to find all pages who are children of a page with ID 76 the following search query could be used: ParentLink.ID$$number:76.
