EPiServer CMS 5 License File

» In order to obtain your license for either the SDK installation or the EPiServer CMS Manager installation, please follow the steps in this wizard.

Requirements for SDK Installation

The EPiServer CMS SDK Installation will run inside Visual Studio using the built-in Web server. To be able to run the package you need:

  • Windows XP or Windows 2003 Server
  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 SP1 (Professional or "more")
  • Microsoft SQL Express
  • .NET Framework 3.0

Note: Make sure TCP/IP and Named Pipes protocols are enabled in the SQL Server Configuration Manager.

Workflow Foundation Support in Visual Studio

To be able to develop workflows, you need to add the Visual Studio 2005 Extensions for Windows Workflow Foundation to your Visual Studio environment.

Requirements for EPiServer CMS Manager Installation

Intended Usage

This is the standard production server installation of EPiServer CMS 5 using the ClickOnce EPiServer CMS Manager. Using the Manager will enable you to install and configure EPiServer CMS 5 sites on a Microsoft IIS host.

Prerequisites for this installation:

  • .NET Framework 3.0
  • SQL Server 2000 / 2005
  • Windows 2003 Server / Windows XP
