Can't create form pages in CMS 5
Could be that the template package has not been installed on your site. When you install EPiServer CMS 5, you have the option to also install the public template package, in which the forms page template is included. The public template package is available from the EPiServer Deployment Center from where you install your Web site.

EPi Server CMS 5 should include the possibility to create form pages - most useful to get feedback from customers.
Our EPi-server installation doesn't list any template to create forms. Has anybody got an idea why?
