We have one instance of Optimizely DXP production & have shared single code base for various purpose like website, forms, payments, applications, read only portals and some of critical business webpages in our environment. As we are evolving and adding more buisiness services in to Optimizely, We have below challenges. 

• Modern platform and architecture having Loosely coupled architecture with less dependencies to manage. We have website, forms, payments, applications, read only portals and some of critical business webpages are in one single code base and deployed to one production instance
• Outage to all deployed website and subsites for every release
• Incorrect code deployment to Opti leads to change failures and business impact to several business services
• Dependencies of deployed Optimizely assets, leading to the impact of having unmanageable features/branch when we have several initiatives and projects are actively working parallely with multiple teams

I am interested to know how other organizations have setup the Optimizely platform for the enterprise need.

Also, If we choose to proceed with Multisite/Subsite deployment model, Will the cost of license or environment increase?
