Access Denied - User has insufficient permissions

Hello.

We have two new users in the CMS. They have been allocated an existing Role within a Group. They can login (via OptiID) and access their home dashboard. They have a link to the CMS on their dashboard - but when they select it, they get an error message 'Access Denied - We're sorry, but you don't have sufficient permissions to access the resource'. I'm not sure what else we are missing? The two users also have CMP access and their role/group works fine. They can access that with no permission issues.

Any suggestions?
