Is anyone else using Insite Analytics? If so, would you mind sharing your email? We are just getting up and running and the Insite Support documentation for Analytics is very limited.

I'm having a hard time figuring out things that I assume would be out of the box and simple.

I.E. How to save your filter settings vs having to redo them every time, how to see date in addition to customer number and $ amount within Order Channel.
