Refresh/Update Customer Records based on Internal Data

Hello Community:

I am wondering if anyone has created an "Internal Refresh".  I have customer records that are created upon Web User's creating an account. However there are many missing defaults:

- ERP Billto and Shipto

-Incorrect Default Warehouse (as we are using a microsite and the primary warehouse is different than our Insite Default Warehouse)

I was looking at creating a Data refresh that would query the Insite DB then Field Map the Static Data back into these records (based on the Customer Number Beginning with "SSWEB") and reoccur every 1 min.

Any help would be great!
