Access denied to "EPiServer 7.5 – update 17"

Hi,

When clicking the "EPiServer 7.5 – update 17" link all I get is a login page. Is it supposed to be like that or is it a misconfiguration?

Seem to be something wrong with the link as it goes to a place below the forum.
