Import/Export - exception when importing

Hello,

We exported a section of the page tree to a package and when we try to import it in another instance, the import fails with the following message:

2014-08-22 17:20:32,610 [83] ERROR EPiServer.Core.Transfer.TransferLogger: 10.5.3 Export/import error: Specified part does not exist in the package.
System.InvalidOperationException: Specified part does not exist in the package.
   at System.IO.Packaging.Package.GetPart(Uri partUri)
   at EPiServer.Enterprise.DataImporter.InternalImportLive(IFileTransferObject metaData, ZipPackage package)
   at EPiServer.Enterprise.DataImporter.ImportFile(IFileTransferObject metaData, ZipPackage package)

The version is CMS 7.13.0, the codebase is the same in both instances and we are importing the package into an empty website, with no pages or assets.

The package is imported successfully in a local dev instance. When running this import in a test server (same codebase and empty database) we get these errors.

Has anyone experienced this problem or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this further?

Thanks,

Nimesh.

I would rename the export file to .zip and have a look at the xml inside and see if there are any Uri that look suspicious, ie. Goes to a path that doesn't exist in the test enviroment but exist local.

Hi Petter Klang,

I have the same issue after export only epix.xml has over 3GB size, any XML browser cannot open this file with the readable format.

Do you have any other suggestions/ideas on how can we copy existing content (around 100 000 pages)?

Or do you know some ways to know which part does not exist in the package?
