Cancel sending event message as the EventProviderService doesn't have any configured providers.

There are a couple of options:
- Turn the logging level down to below info
- Configure a NullEventProvider (this should mark the provider as inactive)

Our log file is full of INFO-messages like: Cancel sending event message as the EventProviderService doesn't have any configured providers.
Why? Can we get rid of this info message repeating over and over in the logs?
