Documents (and media) are automatically versioned in 7.5 as its treated just like any other content. Simply upload a document with the same name to create a new version.

You can then use the Versions gadget to see the previous versions. You can also use the "Permanently Mark as Being Edited" to "check out" the document to the current user.

Do we have Microsoft office plugin to check in, check out the documents and show version history episerver App.

There is no office plug in any more. The only requirement for using Episerver should be a modern browser. 

You could develop one if you wanted to use the API directly.
