Context menu item for content tree

Hi!

Using EPiServer 7.5 I would like to create a new context menu item for the "Pages" content tree in CMS edit mode. Is this possible? I've done a bit of searching on the topic, and it seems that the "RightClickMenuItem" type is no longer used (I am fairly new to EPiServer, so I don't know the older versions) - does it mean that this has been possible before but no longer is?
