Copy blocks doubles the folders structure.

Dear EpiServer Team,
It seems the copy functionality of one block from one folder to another doesn't work.
We are using the Commerce solution:
EPiServer.CMS 8.11.0
EPiServer.CMS.Core 8.11.0
EPiServer.CMS.UI 8.6.1
EPiServer.Commerce 8.16.1
EPiServer.Commerce.Core 8.16.1
EPiServer.Commerce.UI 8.16.1
EPiServer.Framework 8.11.0
When we copied the block from one of the folders to another, all folder structure was doubled with the blocks and media content in the desired folder.
