Personalisation Add-ons or Products

Hello,

I am working on EPiServer 9 Cloud version. I want to implement episerver personalisation in my solution.

Could anyone help me with add-ons or products available in episerver for having personalisation based on user behavior or life cycle apart from built in criterias.

Hi,

this sounds like Marketing Automation, for which there are several products available: http://world.episerver.com/add-ons/connect-for-marketing-automation/

I'm guessing this is not about Commerce (since you've posted in the CMS thread), but for completeness, there are two companies with existing integration with Episerver, and specifically Commere: Apptus (http://www.apptus.com/) and Sannsyn (http://sannsyn.com/). These work with product recommendations based off user behaviour.
