In case you didn't get this from the image, in chrome developer tools, whenever I load a page it tells me int he background that I'm getting a 404 while loading the reference..
/EPiServer/EPiServer.Forms.UI/3.0.0.0/ClientResources/epi-forms/FormsModule.js
When I look in modules --> _private --> Episerver.Forms.UI.zip --> 3.0.0.0 --> ClientResources --> epi-forms
There is no FormsModule.js file.
I redownloaded Episerver.Forms.UI 3.0.0.0 from nuget just to confirm it didn't get deleted, but there was no file for this in the original document. There was however a FormsUIModule.js file. Should I copy this and rename it to FormsModule.js?

Hi,
In chrome when I load up the Episerver admin, and click on the dropdown --> CMS --> Edit. The top bar loads, but many times the main area below the top navigation just doesn't load. It's all white.
I looked in the consolve view, and saw the below errors. I'm thinking it's related. Any ideas?
