I just finished setting up the new EPiServer Azure Marketplace release:

I was wondering whether there are any tutorials/guidlines available on how to work with this release in visual studio. I would like to simply setup the marketplace instance in azure and then start developing in Visual Studio (beyond editing some static html). Any hints or suggestions are welcome :)
