Multiple Language Support For ContentRootService

Hello, I've generally enjoyed using the content root service for singleton page types, such as cart and checkout pages, in the past. But now I need the pages in multiple languages and I'm finding that the contentrootservice will only create the page in the default language. Am I doing something wrong or is this not supported?

Using Episerver 10.
