Object Reference Null Error occur when retrive the XForm Posting Data in Edit Mode under "Form Data" Tab

I'm getting following Error when i try to retrive the XForm Posting Data in Edit Mode under "Form Data" Tab. Kindly can anyone please help me how can i fix this issue ?

Server Error in '/' Application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I've seen this when a user has modfied the Form using the designer. Specifically when removing/adding/removing form elements.

If a form has data it's wise to keep the form design and elements stale.
